Lovely Food

Stopped there with 4 of us.. Superb food, we all had different items and whilst it took a while to come it was enjoyed by all.. Very suprising for me as it was "just a pub".

Great Place

I think Plymouth Arms is a great place to go, with Family or Friends. The atmosphere and surroundings are lovely and although it does get busy at the weekends I have alway found service to be reasonable and the staff friendly.

gone totally down hill!!!

Used to be good food here but gone totally down hill. Last time I went for sunday Roast and it was terrible. The veg was raw, we were never asked how our food was. Also went for a big christmas meal with friends pre booked well in advance, they put us on a large round table in an alcove then moved us because other people came in and they told us they always have this table. They then moved us to two pushed tgether ricketty tables. They did nothing to try make amends for their rubbish customer service!!

fab service

I was a visiting my son in Cardiff, a friend of his suggested we try " PLYMOUTH ARMS". We had a lovely meal, and thought the staff were charming, very attentive, and i would recommend the deserts to anyone with a sweet tooth. I will go again when i visit my son.
