Parking Tickets At Splott Market

Have you recently got a parking ticket at Splott Market.? If you have then appeal and get your payment back. I did and they refunded your full payment. Recently Splott Market is now private. You need to access the Market by double gates. There are double yellow lines and it seem some Penguins are still dishing out parking notices. Below is a reply from the Parking Dept

Further to your email received 02/02/2012, the information given is insufficient for me to fully answer your query as we require the exact location. However, if you are referring to Splott Market it self then I can confirm that it is a private entity and therefore not a Cardiff Council matter.


If you are referring to a specific Penalty Charge Notice, I would advise that each case is logged by the number of the Penalty Charge Notice (PCN), which can be found on the Notice, or it can also be traced by the vehicle registration number. By providing these details we can then investigate your case.
