Cardiff hen do ideas.

Was hoping for some advice....my sister is getting married in October and I want to give her the best hen do ever. Firstly, does anyone know of any serviced appartments that would accomodate 20-25 people. The only ones I have been able to find so far don't accept hen parties!!
Also, any ideas of what to do on the Saturday activitywise? I'm not sure she'd appreciate anything too embarrassing but maybe cocktail making or something? I'd also like some idea of where it would be best to go to eat as a large group and to go out for our night out.
I'm really worried as I don't have a lot of time to plan,,,she only got engaged 6 weeks ago & I thought (&hoped) I'd have a lot more time..............
