Phase 1 Habitat Surveys
When: Friday 12th September 2014 - The course will run from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm.
Where: Bute Park, Cardiff, CF10 3DX.
The Phase 1 Habitat Survey course will introduce learners to the methodology of classifying habitats according to the phase 1 methodology. There will be both indoor and outdoor sessions where we will undertake a phase 1 survey of Bute Park. The course will be taught by Mark Duffell.
Course Booking
Courses cost £50 per person inclusive of VAT.
Tea, coffee and biscuits are provided – please bring your own packed lunch.
The courses will be partly field based and so please wear appropriate footwear and clothing.
All attendees will be issued with a certificate of attendance.
Discounts are available for booking multiple courses. If three courses are booked the third course is available half price.
Just like this course, the majority of our courses will be held at Bute Park, Cardiff, CF10 3DX.
The sedge identification course will be held at Kenfig National Nature Reserve.
Courses are run by local experts who have a passion for the wildlife and environment around them. The events are charged at an affordable rate.
