RNIB Glow Fun Run

Come and join us at the Glow Neon Fun Run! We would like to invite you and your team to join us at 7pm on Saturday 24 October at Cardiff International Stadium.
Help us light up the night and support blind and partially sighted people across Wales!
The Glow Neon Fun Run is inspired by the colourful full moon parties held in Thailand and takes place once the sun has gone down. Participants will run or walk the 3km distance at the athletics stadium. But that’s just where the fun begins; the runners will also be sprayed along the way by cannons filled with luminous glo-water!
To really create that party feeling, there will be a huge sound system and DJ’s there to motivate the runners as they pass! Remember that you don’t have to be an experienced runner, as you can also walk, dance or even moonwalk around the track!
Its only £10 to sign up, it’s fully accessible and is open to anyone over the age of ten.
