2016 Adrian Flux British FIM Speedway Grand Prix

2016 Adrian Flux British FIM Speedway Grand Prix

When: Saturday 9th July 2016 - 5pm to 9pm

Where: Principality Stadium, Westgate St, Cardiff, CF10 1NS

The Adrian Flux British FIM Speedway Grand Prix will once again roll into Cardiff’s Principality Stadium on July 9 2016 where current British World Champion Tai Woffinden will defend his title.

Tens of thousands of Speedway fans from all over the world flocked to the Welsh capital last year to witness Denmark’s Niels-Kristian Iversen’s spectacular final triumph ahead of Chris Holder and Peter Kildemand. But none could stop Britain’s Tai from claiming the World Champion title for the second time at the season closer in Melbourne in October.
Tai will return this year in a bid to become only the second British rider to win in front of home fans after Chris Harris’ triumph at the stadium in 2007.

From dedicated Speedway followers, to those simply seeking some high octane motorsport entertainment, the exhilarating, non-stop action never fails to thrill and ensures spectators return year after year. The 500cc bikes with no brakes means nothing is predictable, with the winner only being decided in the last second of the suspense-fuelled evening.

Tickets start from £19 and can be purchased through their website
