The Clink Cymru at HMP Cardiff offers 28 category D prisoners the opportunity to work a 40-hour week within the 96 cover restaurant where they train towards gaining nationally recognised NVQ qualifications that will aid employment upon their release.
Open Monday to Friday serving breakfast and lunch, 8am to 4pm and the last Wednesday of the month for an exclusive evening sitting, 7-9.30pm, The Clink Cymru is also available for exclusive hire for larger events with a private dining room which is perfect for more intimate gatherings.
